Day 3

Oi. Bothersome to post a pic everyday so to hell with it. It'll be once weekly or anywhen it's convenient. Convenient, yea it's not the most solid plan.
Just gonna be more specific with some of my goals (deadline 10/11/2007 still):
- Strength: increase bench press 6 reps to 60kg
- Muscle mass: arms +1cm; chest 2cm; legs 2cm; calves 1cm
- Endurance: able to last a whole game of soccer
