Day 1

Oi. First day of my 12-weeks-long programme (Deadline: 10/11/2007). Fairly motivated. My goal is to get muscular and ripped. Hit the gym 4-5 days a week to target a particular body part. And do bits of cardio, or what looks like it, thrice weekly.

Weight's 59.6kg. BMI: 20,937. By end of 12 weeks, I aim to be a 65.

Just gonna list down some body measurements (cm).
Arms. R:32.5, L:32.4
Chest. 93
Quads. 51.5
Calves. 35
Midriff. 77.5
