Day 42
Oi. It's been 7 weeks now and I'm not seeing any RESULTS I could be proud of!!! I'm panicking and I'm sort of disappointed with my progress.

Day 21
Oi. Quite happy that I can do a 6-reps of 50kg easy. Yea, maybe I shuld focus on bulking up first nstead of worrying bout putting on extra fats. Wont be postin no pics for several weeks.
